Atya Wool Cardigan

Super comfy. Gorgeous pattern and feels of great quality. Heavier than a usual cardigan, denser weave more like a knit coat/jacket than a usual sweater. Size down and you'll still be enjoying it's oversized ways! There's no flare to it, so pulling it shut around you if you have hips or curves might look a bit awkward :) I prefer my cardigans open in any case. I don't wear the sash since it's too much like a housecoat for my tastes with it, but FYI there are no belt loops. I have worn it on windy evenings in place of a coat and it does pretty well even if it's not actually windproof. GREAT layering. Lots of compliments!

so soft and well made, will love even more when the shoulders relax a bit; should \soften after a few wears.

I ordered a small and it was huge. The material was a boiled wool which I did not expect. I love the southwest theme but the sweater is definitely made for a tall person. Size down.

This is my first round purchasing items from Joie online and getting to try their clothes. I'm okay with the sales price I paid but I don't think I'd pay full price for any of the 4 items I purchased. Specifically with this long cardigan, the pockets are very cheap, flapping pieces of cloth on the inside. And they stick out/make you look like your hips are extra wide. For $398 full retail, I'd expect better fit/tailoring done. It really affects the look negatively to where this will likely not be something I wear out or to work,just keep it around the house. Even tying with the belt doesn't really help, you have to fuss with the cardigan and constantly smooth it down. There are no belt loops which I can go either way on. I honestly don't think this cardigan is really meant to wrap around the body and be tied with a belt, the shape is not flattering. I'm lean and ightky athletic build. I did get an XS based on reviews saying to size down and it otherwise fits. I think if I went up to S the arms and shoulders would be way too big. The colors are nice and rich, it is 100% wool and it does feel soft and pretty comfy. Just not worth the full price tag this brand is charging. I am content with it being on sale and then an extra 30% off during a holiday sale. If it wasn't final sale however I would return it as it does not flatter one's body shape.

I am 5’1 and 105lb. This sweater looks great on me. I love the material. It is perfect for the fall/winter!
