Elena Midi Dress

I chose this dress for it's beautiful sheen, and sunny color. It's not often you find such a pretty yellow dress. However, the elastic is slightly off. The last row, which sits at the waist, was too tight for the smocking tiers to all sit correctly. Because I wanted to keep the dress, I took it to my alterations gal, and had her add some elastic to the one piece. It sits correctly now, but no one should have to pay to fix something like that, on a newly purchased dress. It had nothing to do with my shape or size, as I am only 125 lbs. and have a very lean shape to my figure. They simply made the elastic to small, for all layers to hang correctly.

I usually take a Small, however in this dress needed a M to accommodate my bust. The dress is beautiful, has an elegant sheen to it, and can be worn for a casual or formal event. Great price point as well (sale).

Looks amazing, really nice quality, and fits perfectly.
